FAQ

Will I have to project manage the development?

Not at all. Once the warm handoff and initial alignment call are complete, our senior technical leads take over the entire delivery process. You can choose to remain involved in the fortnightly strategic reviews to oversee your overarching strategy, or you can step back completely while we execute the build.

How exactly do I track my commissions?

Radical transparency applies to our partners, too. You will receive weekly reports where you can track the pipeline status of your referrals, the total invoiced amounts, and your accrued commissions in real-time. You never have to chase us for an update.

When do commission payouts happen?

Commissions are calculated based on gross project invoices and are transferred directly to your nominated account within 14 days of the client settling their bill with us. When we get paid, you get paid.

What if my client's budget is under $20,000?

Our XP-based delivery model is engineered for complex, funded SaaS builds and enterprise integrations, which typically require a minimum engagement of $20k. If you refer a client who is pre-revenue or has a smaller budget, we won't leave them hanging; we will politely provide them with free, actionable technical advice or point them toward a better-suited template solution, ensuring you still look incredibly helpful for making the introduction.
