It means you receive enterprise-grade, senior engineering talent at a substantially reduced margin. Because Imagineer is actively building our portfolio of flagship case studies, we absorb a portion of the standard agency overhead in exchange for your collaborative feedback and a public case study upon the successful delivery of your product.

How long does a Pilot Partnership engagement last?

Pilot engagements are typically scoped as a focused 4 to 8-week sprint. The goal is to solve a specific, high-impact technical roadblock, redesign a core UX flow, or deliver a rapid MVP iteration. Once we prove our value and deliver the project, we can seamlessly transition into a long-term, dedicated support retainer.

Do we need a fully fleshed-out technical brief to apply?

No. If you have a clear business objective (e.g., "our platform is too slow" or "we need to integrate our CRM") but aren't sure of the exact technical architecture required, that is perfectly fine. Every Pilot Partnership kicks off with a rapid strategic discovery phase where we define the exact "Definition of Done" together before any code is written.
